Job description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Spanish-Speaking – Short-Term Contractor)
Location: Remote (Preferred: Central or South America)
Job Type: Short-Term Contract (Approx. 3 Months)
Compensation: $3–$9/hour (based on experience)

Overview:
MarcoPolo Learning is looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support provider outreach and scheduling efforts. This is a short-term, remote contract role ideal for someone fluent in Spanish, with strong communication skills and availability during U.S. Eastern Time working hours.

The SDR will play a key role in engaging with potential partners by making phone calls and coordinating appointments with early learning providers. Candidates based in Central or South America are preferred for time zone alignment and language fluency.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to early learning providers/schools
  • Schedule visits and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Spanish/English
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and updates

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Previous experience in outreach, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
  • Based in Central or South America (preferred)
  • Comfortable working during EST hours
