Overview
This role will support the Commercial team’s efforts to grow Proleukin revenue to global third-party customers for cell manufacturing, dosing, and R&D. They will engage with potential customers to establish Proleukin as the IL-2 of choice for cell therapy manufacture and clinical development business. This role will also be responsible for identifying developments in the cell therapy space that could impact current and future demand for Proleukin
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to identify and support existing and future users of Proleukin
- Engage in initial discovery conversations to qualify interest, understanding practice needs and assess product fit.
- Identify key customer contacts within potential new third party / clinical trial customers (US & RoW)
- Work with US trade team to identify non-AMTAGVI related purchasers to assess trends and future opportunities
- Ad hoc project management with Proleukin leadership team
- Maintain database and interactions with non-AMTAGVI customers for US trade team
- ‘Cold call’ potential customers (US & RoW)
- Maintain a database of global companies who are / could be users of Proleukin
- Work with the Director, Global Proleukin & Business Alliances to prioritize and contact with these organizations via various channels
- Work cross functionally with Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Project Management, Corporate Development, and others as required

Travel - <10%
Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a biological/ life sciences or related technical field.
- Familiarity with life sciences and cell biology, including products and terminology.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, contributing to group goals while maintaining open communication and fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- An ability to develop key internal and external relationships that deliver on long-term business objectives
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and to deadlines
Preferred Education, Skills and Knowledge
- 3-5 years Pharma/Biotech experience
- Previous experience of operating across international markets is preferred, as are European and / or Asian language skills
- Strong data analysis, project management skills, adaptability, and effective problem solving in a dynamic work environment.
