Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains and wholesalers to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Set individual performance targets for each pharmacy chain/stakeholder and monitor progress towards those targets.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize channel presence and product offerings.
• Propose strategic and tactical initiatives to meet agreed targets.
• Provide valuable market insights to inform marketing planning and strategy development.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical or FMCG company, with established working relationships in pharmacy chains.
• Experience in the drogerie or food channel is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Excellent presentation skills and a leadership-oriented mindset.
• A proactive personality with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong affinity for taking initiative.

Required Skills:

• Driver's license
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken - eliminatory condition
• Experience working with IQVIA, FarmaProm, or similar data
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Poland
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions
