Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (Up to 20 hours/week) Daily schedule (M-F), up to 20 per week.  Prefer morning hours (start 7 or 8PST) at least 3 days/week but the hours can be flexible throughout the day with right fit.

You’ll be the key support pillar across two innovative mental health ventures, managing crucial administrative operations and client communications. This position offers unique exposure to the healthcare sector while utilizing your organizational and digital skills to drive business success. You’ll work in a flexible, remote environment where your initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities will be highly valued. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries
  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple business ventures
  • Process and distribute confidential client reports and documentation
  • Execute social media management strategies across various platforms
  • Handle comprehensive email management and correspondence
  • Coordinate administrative operations between multiple business entities
  • Maintain and manage content within Kajabi platform (if experienced)
  • Create and edit basic marketing materials using Canva
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and respond to time-sensitive requests
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
  • Support various back-office operations as needed


Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative support or personal assistance
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools and office software
  • Experience with social media management and best practices
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Kajabi platform
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge or willingness to obtain certification
  • interest in women's health issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Experience in healthcare or psychological services preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable with remote work environment
