Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German for home appliances.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Educate customers on product usage and maintenance to enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality control and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer queries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home appliances sector, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
