Our Strategic and High Potential Accounts represent the most vital customers for Sinch, contributing significantly to our revenue and providing the greatest opportunities for organic business growth through our engagement, commitment, and the quality of service offered. To continue building the VIP team serving these customers, we are hiring a Solution Consultant, in the Solutions Engineering group. Reporting into the Head of non-BAU Solutions, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for interfacing directly with all our most important clients, present Sinch solutions to customer opportunities and to form and track customers’ requirements as a basis for input to Sinch Product Management. As a Solutions Consultant, you are a product expert. You are a business-minded engineer that will consult with customers before and after they have purchased your product to clarify their needs and demonstrate the solutions your technology can offer.
Working alongside and supporting the individual Account Teams, the Solutions Consultant will act as the communication and translation ‘bridge’ between customer requirements and solution delivery for all our products. The aim is to improve accuracy in the overall Sinch understanding of what the customer opportunities entail and deliver improved quality and speed to the client. Where possible you will steer the requirements away from ‘bespoke’ development and into features and functionality already available or ones the wider client base will benefit from.
Requirements
The position mandates at least 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably within a major tech company. You should have substantial experience collaborating directly with large clients; experience in a similar industry is advantageous but not mandatory. You will swiftly acquire an extensive understanding of Sinch products and will be able to conduct technical meetings autonomously. As a member of a broader virtual team, you will play a key role in ensuring that client requirements align with our existing offerings, as well as influencing product development when necessary. We seek a self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision and is accustomed to thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You will also be part of the customer-facing team, dedicated to providing exemplary service and fostering high levels of customer satisfaction. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
