Job Title: Client Solutions Consultant (German & English)

Location: Remote Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria

Company Overview: Our client is a leading German HR IT company specializing in software solutions for automated HR services. With a strong customer base in Germany, we are looking for German-speaking professionals to join our team and provide exceptional technical customer support.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 21:00 (8-hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical customer support via phone and email to clients using our HR software solutions.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, login issues, and general software inquiries.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve customer problems effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2+ level).
  • Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR software or IT systems is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of 3,000 BGN per month.
  • Rental allowance of 300 BGN for the duration of the contract (rents in Bulgaria typically range from 250 to 400 EUR depending on location).
  • 150 BGN flight reimbursement (can be provided upon arrival or with the first salary).
  • Real estate administrative assistance to support your relocation.
  • Comprehensive training program: 6 weeks (2 weeks of product training + 4 weeks of shadowing).
