We are seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to support Global Cyber Security (GCS) initiatives as part of the Securing the Arches program. This role will oversee multiple complex workstreams, requiring cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives.
As a Cyber Security Project Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity-related projects, many of which are already in progress. Your ability to quickly assess project status, drive momentum, and deliver results will be essential to success. While no specialized security skills are required, a strong project management background is crucial for this role.
In this role, you will:
Security & Vulnerability Management:
- Deploy Vulnerability Management service (processes and tooling) to all markets globally.
- Oversee deployment of Tenable as the selected vulnerability management tool.
- Plan and align security roadmaps with Cyber Market Engagement teams and regional market leaders.
Asset & Patch Management:
- Implement Asset Discovery tooling worldwide (Tanium) and integrate it with ServiceNow CMDB.
- Improve Patch Management processes to achieve monthly patching cycles with 95% compliance.
- Facilitate tooling design sessions and manage contracts for patching solutions.
Cyber Metrics & Security Architecture:
- Drive adoption of market dashboards to track service adoption, risk, and compliance metrics.
- Support ongoing rollout of dashboards in partnership with Strategy & Analytics and Cyber Market Engagement teams.
- Oversee security architecture threat modeling and IriusRisk implementation.
Who You Are:
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and can adapt to changing priorities.
- Experienced change manager skilled in driving change adoption and communication strategies for cybersecurity initiatives.
