Job description

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join a company that takes performance marketing seriously and is now scaling up its efforts in lifecycle marketing. You’ll take ownership of campaign flows, nurturing funnels, segmentation, and automation — helping convert more leads into long-term users.

Our client is a B2B SaaS platform with 300+ employees across Europe and North America. The product helps enterprise companies streamline operations and onboarding — and it’s growing fast.


With a strong brand, clear value proposition, and a growing marketing team, they’re now looking to step up their automation game and are building out their lifecycle team accordingly.


🎯 The Role

You’ll be part of the central marketing team and work closely with the Head of Growth, Content Manager, and Sales team. You’ll own the systems and strategy behind automating key user journeys, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize multi-step campaigns across email and SMS
  • Set up audience segmentation, lead scoring, and trigger-based journeys
  • Align with sales and content to deliver timely, relevant communication
  • Monitor performance and run A/B tests across flows
  • Manage tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, including integrations


Tools & Stack

  • HubSpot (core platform)
  • Salesforce (sales enablement)
  • Segment + Google Analytics
  • Notion + Slack + Asana for internal coordination

  • Able to translate customer journeys into campaign flows

  • Bonus: experience in SaaS or working with technical products
