What We’re Looking For

Our client, a Growth Marketing Agency specializing in scaling direct-to-consumer brands, is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to drive impactful retention strategies. This hands-on role is key in optimizing email performance, increasing customer lifetime value, and ensuring top-tier deliverability while working with established e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns, including segmentation, integrations, and tracking.
  • Oversee deliverability strategies, ensuring strong sender reputation and inbox placement.
  • Develop high-impact email marketing strategies to maximize revenue and retention.
  • Continuously test and refine campaigns based on analytics, segmentation, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to create engaging, high-converting email content in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience in the DTC eCommerce space.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including DNS, spam filters, and domain warming.
  • Analytical mindset with experience optimizing email flows, segmentation, and engagement metrics.
  • Ability to manage large subscriber lists (20,000 - 200,000+) and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SMS marketing and list growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards like CAN-SPAM and best practices for list hygiene.
  • A strong eye for design and experience structuring high-performing email layouts.
