Job description

At NICE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what’s the role all about?

Due to continual success and growth, our presales team is looking for a Solutions Consultant to help bring ProActive AI Agent’s revolutionary proactive customer journey automation and engagement into new clients and industries. In this role, you'll strive to become a trusted business and technical advisor to the client’s team, building strong professional relationships and discovering ways in which ProActive AI Agent journeys can be designed to solve operational challenges and deliver high ROI on enterprise KPIs.

ProActive AI Agent is a cloud-hosted multi-channel proactive conversation platform, and part of NICE CXone's suite of customer engagement software. ProActive AI Agent leverages artificial intelligence and robust business rule and data processing engines to help global brands transform their customer journeys into new sources of revenue and recaptured op-ex through highly specialized digital conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft interesting narratives and develop demonstrations that tell a concise and cohesive story about how ProActive AI Agent solves key enterprise business challenges.
  • Have (or be able to rapidly gain) a comprehensive understanding of AI concepts, tools, and technologies in the pursuit of guiding clients through the facts and fiction of the marketplace in ways that differentiates ProActive AI Agent from competing solutions.
  • Have (or be able to rapidly gain) a deep understanding of the client’s business and their key performance drivers to determine how ProActive AI Agent can most effectively deliver dramatic improvements.
  • Lead discovery workshops with target clients, providing guidance on best-in-class proactive journey design and technical architecture.
  • Manage client proof of value projects through designing the solution, working with implementation for deployment, submitting and following tickets for work items, helping tune AI models, monitoring journey performance, and designing enhancements to deliver the value needed to close the sale.
  • Anticipate technical problems, provide guidance for effective adoption, and communicate best practices based on a comprehensive understanding of the opportunity.

How will you make an impact?

It's not just important what you do, but how you do it. Solution Consultants will demonstrate the following ways of working:

  • Be professionally approachable. Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients, partners, and with your colleagues at NICE.
  • Be a consultant. Actively engage in the discovery of client challenges to solve them intelligently. You will listen a lot more than you speak.
  • Be prepared to deliver. Maintain a commercially aware mindset that shapes the way you design, demonstrate, and manage the delivery of proactive journey automation.
  • Be hungry for new knowledge. The technology landscape is ever-changing, as are the demands and concerns of enterprises worldwide. AI and software platforms continue to evolve, as does our understanding of our customers and our data. We never stop learning.
  • Be a teammate. You will have your own independent responsibilities to execute on, but we all work as one team. Everyone pitches in.
  • Be ready to show up. Travel for on-site presentations, workshops, support activities, conferences, and events (c. 20% of the time).
  • Be driven to win. We don’t just talk about technology because we love it, we design and deliver journeys that transform businesses and help leaders understand why they need ProActive AI Agent.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Five or more years of highly technical SaaS experience, preferably in sales engineering, presales consulting, or a similar customer-facing delivery role. You'll be adept at supporting technical delivery through hands-on solutioning and project management for clients in complex enterprise buying environments.
  • Extremely strong commercial awareness. You’ll have a background in understanding large-scale business challenges and be ready to learn to talk about why ProActive AI Agent is the right solution for solving them.
  • Proven relationship management experience, with the ability to communicate with, present to, and influence both technical and operations stakeholders all the way up to the C-Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and different workstreams concurrently without loss of quality or diligence while under intense time and business pressure.

This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonable related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

This organization reserves the right to revise or change job duties as the need arises. This job description does not constitute a written or implied contract of employment.
