Junior Marketing Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Write engaging, conversion-driven copy (in English) for social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.

• Edit and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Produce, edit, and schedule posts for Hiire’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube channels

• Co-produce, edit, and schedule posts for Gonçalo Sequeira's brand on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns that grab attention.

• Develop eye-catching ad copy and content that drives engagement and conversions.

• Support our team with content planning, performance tracking, and creative ideation.

Who You Are:

• Someone who has just finished a Master's or a Degree in Marketing or similar areas, or has about 1 year of professional experience in marketing.

• A strong writer with a natural ability to hook audiences with words.

• Passionate about HR, recruitment and content creation.

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

• Social media savvy—you know what works on TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn.

• A creative thinker who loves experimenting with new ideas.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Fluent in English.

Salary, Benefits & Career Progression:

• Gross monthly salary of 900€ to 1.300€. (as a contractor / freelancer)

• Bonus: up to 3 salaries per year.

• Remote working model, but available to be at business events and team gatherings mostly in Portugal, for now.

• The role is positioned to grow into leading our Marketing department in the future if you show the right mindset, skills and deliver high results.
