Min 2 years practical experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service roles.

Proficiency in the e-commerce platforms Shopify (must)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Canva and Adobe is preferred

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes.

Excellent problem solving skills.

Core responsibilities:

Upload new products and maintain accurate information on the e-commerce platform.

Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are up to date.

Process orders accurately and promptly.

Coordinate with the warehouse for timely order fulfillment.

Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer metrics.

Coordinate with vendors or suppliers as needed.
