The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Associate to join our team. You’ll write and design compelling social media content, assist with one-pagers and pitch decks, and support various marketing tasks.

This is a remote, full-time position, ideal for someone with a strong design background and a deep understanding of social media. If you’re creative, organized, and ready to grow—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Design branded graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (carousels, reels, stories, static posts)
• Support design of pitch decks, proposals, and marketing documents
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on content planning and execution
• Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all platforms
• Assist with marketing/sales support tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Formal training in graphic design
• At least 2 years of professional design experience
• Strong Canva skills in graphics and video editing
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player

• Fluent in English, with clear communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with healthcare or global teams
