Job Title: Marketing Administrator
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support paid campaigns and partnerships. You will help ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning to execution, including managing deliverables, supporting communications, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with budget tracking, allocation, and reconciliation across campaigns.
  • Support campaign leads with timeline management and deliverable coordination.
  • Oversee partnership deliverables and manage scheduling from start to finish.
  • Draft campaign briefs and communicate with creators and their managers.
  • Handle content reviews, approvals, invoicing, and contract execution.
  • Track performance data and support reporting needs in collaboration with analytics teams.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization based on performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, or project admin roles.
  • Excellent communication and written English skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, email, and Slack.
  • Comfortable managing multiple timelines and working across stakeholders.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics or reporting dashboards.
