About the gig

We are currently looking for dynamic, talented and experienced Teacher Assistant for our AI Engineering bootcamps for one of our customers. We are looking for people who are passionate about the AI world and sharing their expertise with aspiring product designers. As the Teacher Assistant you will help lead, inspire, and educate workers on Artificial Intelligence, helping them gain the skills and knowledge they need to excel in this rapidly evolving field.

Bootcamp Schedule and Details

• Dates: Various start dates from February through June.
• Format: Part-time bootcamp with classes held three weekdays from 6PM to 9PM and three Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM).
• Contract type: Freelance
• Duration: 15 to 16 weeks.
• Content: Focused on "IA for Leadership" and "Applying IA."
• Language: Spanish; fluency is required.

The Teacher Assistant will be responsible for:

• Helping the students of the course achieve their goals
• Oversee and mentor their work on a daily basis
• Help Lead Teacher with materials and exercises that have been planned
• Brief and pass knowledge every week from teacher to teacher
• Overseeing the whole academic experience of an Ironhack Bootcamp
• Providing feedback of the course weekly to the team
• Organize icebreaker activities

Requirements

• Experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, Generative AI…
• Fluent in Spanish, as the classes will be imparted in that language; all in-company communication will be in english
• You are passionate about AI
• You like sharing knowledge
• You consider yourself a learner
• You want to make an impact on people
• You have a great amount of empathy, compassion, and patience
• A can-do attitude and a good sense of humor
• Great communication skills and an ability to capture people's attention :)
• You are organized, reliable, communicative, open to feedback
• You enjoy mentoring others and that are involved in the Tech community
