Job description

Job brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a global and realistic mindset, understand that marketing is energy, and possess the ability to create value that is on-fire. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will need to have excellent visualization skills, be able to see sense in small details, possess discipline, the ability to build a plan and execute it in the best way, and have an entrepreneurship ethic. The successful candidate will also need to have excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to understand the client's motivation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a predictable lead generation strategy for clients and candidates via omni-channels, including website, social channels, PPC listing websites, emailing, webinars, meetups, and affiliates.
  • Manage the company's brand both inside and outside the organization.
  • Manage outsourcing service providers.
  • Provide a positive ROI on the marketing budget.
  • Report to the CEO.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in content writing, SMM, PPC, SEO, and funnel building.
  • Strong client relationship-building skills across omnichannel.
  • Experience in IT outstaffing or similar industry.
  • Excellent community management skills.
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency.
