Your Impact:

The Consultant will play a huge role in assisting the development of Globibo’s presence from the ground up in the market. The Consultant will drive business development as well as delivery for existing and new global clients. The Consultant will impact international employees in their learning journeys and career progression. Furthermore, the consultant will support global brands in expanding their global footprint and reach into international market.

Job Description:

(A) 30% Operational Support for Account enquiries

- All account related enquiries incl. but not limited to initiation must be answered within 30 minutes (auto-response must be updated with proxies and point of contact for escalation)

- Preparation of quotation, contacts, participants etc. - within 3 working hours of initiation

(B) 30% Account Meetings (Collect Feedback and drive improvement agenda)

- 1 meeting per contact every month - recorded clearly

- Gain feedback

(C) 30% Account Business Planning (Drive Strategy for New Services, New Contacts)

- Get requests for new service from existing contacts - target 1 per month e.g. CCT, youth and spousal services etc.

(D) 10% Account Extension (Foster referrals to other markets / customers)

- Process Automation/GMS Enhancements

- Automate existing processes
