Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) and US Registered Nurse (USRN) license., Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience or 1 year of BPO Utilization Management (UM) experience., Must have at least 25MBPS internet speed at home..

Key responsibilities:

Manage clinical cases and provide support to patients remotely.

Coordinate with healthcare providers and clients to ensure quality care.

Document and report on patient progress and case outcomes.
