Do you have 10 years of IT recruitment experience? Have you managed and grown a team of recruitment consultants? We are looking for a client facing recruitment director who can both lead the resource team at Inavise Tech and help us implement our long-term strategy.

Background

Inavise Tech is a young and rapidly growing IT Recruitment company. We work with some of the largest clients across Europe including multinational banks, global insurance companies and engineering firms. 

As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are recruiting a Director in London to manage our day-to-day operations, build and role-model our great company culture, and provide inspired leadership.

Role
Reporting directly to the executive board, you will manage operations/tactical and strategic plans. You will play an integral role in the succession and development of talent, as well as bringing in new clients. You will be accountable for the P and L, hiring top talent in-line with your headcount growth strategy and productivity targeting.

  • A leader who understands the principles of leadership and the ability to inspire/coach more junior colleagues with a diverse and flexible approach.
  • A solution and data-driven problem solver who can identify retention issues ahead of time and communicate and execute plans to remove the risk or limit the impact.
  • A Flexible approach to individuals’ goals and learning styles, demonstrating a passion and history of succeeding through others to achieve financial forecast & budgets.
  • An effective communicator and champion of back-office processes, procedures, and expertise, you will be a player-coach that lives and holds others accountable to our values at Inavise Tech.
