Position Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience to lead and guide our technical projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of GxP regulations, exceptional document writing skills, a background in Business Analysis, testing expertise, and familiarity with BI environments. Knowledge of Statistica is a plus. You should have a solid foundation in .Net, SQL, or Java and a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including application qualification and validation within the Life Sciences and Pharma domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical teams and projects, providing guidance and expertise.
- Develop and maintain documentation in compliance with GxP standards.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to understand and document project requirements.
- Oversee and participate in software testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize BI environments to analyze and present data-driven insights.
- Demonstrate expertise in .Net, SQL, or Java to develop and maintain software applications.
- Leverage knowledge of Statistica for advanced analytics (if applicable).
- Apply knowledge of Life Sciences and Pharma backgrounds to tailor solutions for specific industry needs.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitate application qualification and validation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology-related roles.
- Strong understanding of GxP regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional document writing and documentation management skills.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering and documentation.
- Testing knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with BI environments and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Statistica is a plus.
- Strong expertise in .Net, SQL, or Java.
- Background in Life Sciences or Pharma is advantageous.
- Full lifecycle experience, from requirements to deployment.
- Adept at application qualification and validation processes.
