Azure Data Factory, GitHub, DevOps, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage data pipelines, linked services, and datasets using Azure Data Factory.
- Design and deliver complex Azure infrastructure solutions while ensuring adherence to security and governance best practices.
- Deploy infrastructure in Azure and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand customization needs and work with project managers and technology teams to successfully deliver solutions.
- Design, configure, customize, test, document, and transition solutions to support.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to applications, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of user inquiries, incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with company data security policies.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of IT experience, with a focus on Azure and Migration from Oracle SQL to PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and DevOps Deployment for at least 3-5 years.
- ITIL V3 experience with expertise in change management, configuration management (CMDB), incident management, problem management, ITIL service delivery, service operations, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
