Work Schedule: Flexible hours, up to 20 hours per week, we work in PST-CST

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Support Specialist to join our creative team in a pivotal role that directly impacts client satisfaction and business growth. In this position, you’ll be the guardian of our clients’ online reputations by crafting thoughtful responses to customer reviews and ensuring our social media content displays flawlessly across platforms. You’ll work directly with our content creation team to maintain quality standards while leveraging AI tools to streamline processes. Responsibilities
  • Craft personalized, professional responses to client reviews using AI tools like ChatGPT to maintain positive online reputations
  • Conduct thorough audits of Facebook and Instagram accounts to verify content uploads correctly and maintains our high quality standards
  • Monitor social media performance across multiple client accounts to ensure optimal visibility and engagement
  • Support our content creation team with administrative tasks that keep our marketing machine running smoothly
  • Identify and report any issues or opportunities for improvement in our social media management processes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all client platforms
  • Assist with organizing digital assets and maintaining content calendars as needed
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience or willingness to learn AI tools like ChatGPT for content assistance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control mindset
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (prior marketing experience is a plus but not required)
  • Reliable internet connection and comfortable with digital collaboration tools
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with potential to increase to full-time (35+ hours)
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping small businesses succeed online
