Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the technology or social media sector, is a plus.
