We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of key marketing initiatives, including content creation, digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, and event support. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a growing brand. You will design and implement strategies to boost customer engagement and drive B2B lead generation. Using HubSpot Marketing Hub, you’ll manage automation tools to execute successful email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and customer journeys. Additionally, you will develop B2B lead generation and conversion strategies that are personalized, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.  

This is a fully remote position. Applicants must reside in IA, WI or TX to be considered.

Responsibilities 

Content & Copywriting 

  • Write compelling marketing copy for websites, ads, emails, blogs, and case studies. 
  • Refine brand messaging and tone of voice across all channels. 
  • Assist in creating scripts for video content and webinars. 
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials for clarity, accuracy, and engagement. 

Campaign Execution: 

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.). 
  • Create, edit, and publish content including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and social media updates. 
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials. 
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables. 

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: 

  • Lead paid ad strategies, retargeting campaigns, and digital lead generation efforts. 
  • Assist in optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Help manage marketing automation workflows and email nurture campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. 

Event Support: 

  • Assist in planning and promoting industry events, trade shows, and webinars. 

Web & Digital Optimization: 

  • Update and maintain website content. 
  • Assist in UX/UI improvements and website performance optimization. 
  • Improve landing page effectiveness.
  • Ensure website content aligns with SEO practices. 

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields.  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. 
  • Experience with social media management and content scheduling. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM tools (HubSpot). 
  • Experience leading paid media, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask. 
  • Experience in B2B marketing (contact center industry and/or AI and automation experience is a plus)
