The ROPS Analytics Senior Manager will play a critical role in leading teams driving strategic insights, identifying and implementing revenue cycle opportunities, and collaborating across teams to enhance DaVita’s financial performance. This role will lead and develop a team of analysts, foster a data-driven culture, and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership.

What Will You Do?

As a ROPS Analytics Senior Manager, you will oversee a team dedicated to providing meaningful insights that drive business decisions through data analysis and visualization, operational efficiencies, and strategic recommendations. You will be responsible for leading high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects that influence revenue cycle performance.

Essential Functions:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrates a strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training teammates and leaders to grow their skillsets while also fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Works cross-functionally with leaders, analysts, and operators to drive actionable insights and revenue optimization. Demonstrates the ability to think holistically across business priorities to understand their interconnectedness.
  • Process Improvement & Change Management: Supports the team in building sustainable processes and tools that enhance analytical capabilities, operational efficiencies, and achieve operational excellence. Leads transformational change initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring measurable financial and operational impact.
  • Effective Communication: Translates complex data and processes into compelling narratives with horizontal and vertical logic to inform decision-making across the ROPS landscape. Manages and influences relationships with leaders and cross-functional teams through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Presentation & Executive Reporting: Delivers high-impact presentations and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity, conciseness, and confidence, demonstrating the ability to align and communicate to the organization’s priorities.

Other Duties:

  • Champions the DaVita Mission & Values, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Partners with other ROPS teams to provide data-driven recommendations and strategic thought leadership.
  • Ensures that team resources are allocated effectively to meet business priorities and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Leading Others: Demonstrated ability to coach and manage high-performing teams.
  • Work Experience: 5-10 years in progressive roles, preferably within analytics, strategy, or operations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle management is strongly preferred.
  • Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in Tableau, data visualization, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 30% travel may be required; typical travel is 5-10%.

Salary/ Wage Range

$76,000.00 - $129,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
