Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to assess their technology needs and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on technology strategy, planning, and implementation.
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology optimization within client organizations.
- Offer insights on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
- Lead technology projects, overseeing their planning, execution, and successful completion.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions and vendors in collaboration with clients.
- Conduct technology assessments, audits, and risk assessments for clients.
- Assist clients in creating and managing technology budgets and resource planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in IT consulting roles, preferably with a consulting firm or technology service provider.
- Strong knowledge of technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are advantageous.
- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
