JBS Dev is currently looking for a Business Development Lead, who will be responsible for identifying and selling to new clients while continuing to develop and grow business with existing clients. They must be able to establish effective rapport with appropriate client executives to understand their needs and work with JBS's leadership team to deliver accurate estimates and proposals.
You will be part of our founding Sales team and play a key role in how the department grows over the next year and beyond. You would be selling strategy and architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence and data science, mobile application development, and visual interface design. Our clients come from varied industries such as SaaS, retail, e-commerce, financial services, education, non-profit, and healthcare.
Overall, we combine a strong understanding of several technologies and stacks to find the one that fits best, is the most cost-efficient, and workable solution for a customer. We are an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Consulting Partner with AWS Retail Competency as well as a Microsoft Gold Partner.
Location: candidates must be based in Pennsylvania, USA.

This is a remote, full-time (W2 employee) position with the following benefits:
Base salary starting at $65K
On-Target-Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $90,000
