The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage connections and handle employee navigator builds
  • Service employee navigator service issues
  • Communicate with clients and key stakeholders via phone, email, and interoffice technology platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
  • Manage assorted administrative tasks related to benefit sales and service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Employee Navigator Experience
  • Employee Benefit Experience
  • Benefit Technology Experience
  • Exceptional planning, critical thinking problem solving and organization skills
