Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Business & Project Operations for the SCADA team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth process transitions, maintaining organized documentation, and enhancing operational efficiency across projects.

Key responsibilities include managing change requests, approvals, and impact assessments while coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of process or system changes. The Project Coordinator will also contribute to process improvements, documentation, and training efforts. Additionally, they will oversee document management processes to ensure consistency and compliance, organizing and tracking project documentation while maintaining version control. Ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory and company standards and assisting teams in efficiently accessing and utilizing document repositories are also essential aspects of the role.

In business and project operations, the Project Coordinator will support daily project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while assisting in process optimization to improve efficiency. They will also be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards, and summaries to track business and project performance.

Change Management Administration
  • Track and manage change requests, approvals, and impact assessments.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of process or system changes.
  • Process improvement, documentation and training.
 

Document Management Administration

  • Maintain and oversee document control processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Organize, store, and track project documentation, ensuring version control.
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
  • Support teams in accessing and using document repositories efficiently.

 

Business & Project Operations Administration

    • Support day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
    • Assist in process optimization to improve efficiency in business and project workflows.
    • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for business and project performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, project-based data analysis, change management, or project administration.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, or similar).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

  • Experience in renewable energy, power systems, or industrial automation sectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (PMP).
