POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Analyst to join our team in the Medical Devices industry. As the Senior Sales Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and supporting the overall sales strategy of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical-minded professional who is passionate about utilizing data and analytics to drive sales performance and make data-driven business decisions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge: 

  • Proven track record of success in analyzing sales data and providing actionable insights
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel,  Power BI, or similar software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively summarize and present data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job.

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential growth opportunities within the medical devices industry, specifically with the Acute Sales and Health Systems divisions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team based on data analysis and trends
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identity and provide detailed sales gap analysis reports for all Acute accounts ranging from the large national GPO groups, IDNs to regional hospital and Surgery Center accounts
  • Forecast sales trends and develop sales projections for strategic planning purposes
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to complete analysis for pricing compliance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives based on data driven insights
  • Provide necessary sales and market analysis for customer specific QBRs
  • Assist sales leadership with monthly and quarterly sales reporting
