  • Drive capability, scale, and quality of partner resources to meet customer pipeline demands.

  • Develop and execute strategies for partners, guiding them through solution maturity phases to self-sufficient delivery for their own sourced deals.

  • Innovate to develop solutions that address future concepts, products, or technologies.

  • Provide operational leaders with technical expertise to support the success of functional objectives.

  • Collaborate with directors and senior directors across multiple functions.

  • Exercise discretion in determining objectives and approaches that influence Workiva’s long-term direction.

What You’ll Need

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience enabling partners and driving enablement plans to establish centers of excellence, leading partners to self-sufficiency across solution portfolios.
Demonstrated ability in partner account management, building relationships at all levels to achieve shared goals and align on capability development.

  • Expertise in escalation resolution, working with partner delivery teams to resolve implementation issues, identifying root causes, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Experience leading a matrixed team in a “partner pod” to ensure quality, success, and scalability within a partner portfolio.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to transition customer/partner opportunities into practice and recommending engagement types based on partner maturity or scale.

  • Strategic thinking to integrate cross-functional capabilities and pursue innovative solutions for short- and long-term objectives.

  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in the profession with a growing reputation for leadership in strategic innovation.
