We're looking for a People Partner to help drive our benefits strategy to provide the best programmes and experience to our employees. A manager of employee benefits for Revoluters around the globe. A professional who'll ensure the life cycle at Revolut continues to run smoothly and happily. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and help others to do the same 🌱

What you’ll be doing

  • Reviewing country benefits packages to ensure alignment with Revolut's philosophy and compliance

  • Creating communications to improve employee engagement and understanding of our benefits

  • Managing the renewal and/or implementation of new employee benefits globally

  • Liaising with benefit providers to ensure schemes are up to date and to triage issues

  • Driving higher quality of services from benefit providers

  • Supporting HR-transformation related activities to automate and streamline employee benefits administration processes

  • Drafting and submitting monthly reports (new joiners, payroll, etc.) with a focus on automating and removing manual processes

  • Receiving and approving invoices, being the main point of contact for our Accounts Payable team

  • Responding to employee queries escalated to the benefits team

What you'll need

  • 4-7 years of experience in an Employee Benefits role

  • Proven experience providing quality support and deliverables

  • Great attention to detail

  • MS Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas, reporting) and an analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

  • The ability to work unsupervised and to tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Start-up, tech industry, or financial services experience

  • A bachelor's degree in people practice, administration, human resource, or similar

  • Experience collaborating with an international team

  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
