This role does require someone billingual in both ENG and FR.

Required Skills and Experience

15 years of experience in project and/or service delivery
- Ability to team effectively across a large organization to bring together high
performing cross functional teams to deliver services for customers
- Ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple
service areas
- Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service
contracts
- Ability to become a customer trusted advisor who can recognize business needs
and follow through to revenue expanding wins
- In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with ability to
manage a large contract P&L
- Bilingual
French and English
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree
Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
Successful long term customer relationship management
