Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding books, orders, and account management.
  • Thoroughly document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal systems.
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales and fulfillment teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on new book releases, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for books and literature with a good understanding of customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and engage with a new cultural setting.
