Your Responsibilities
  • Provide top-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to our music and podcast services, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product features through ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Polish, both written and spoken, is crucial. Ensure that your Cover Letter and/or C.V. explicitly mention your nationality and native language.
  • A strong passion for music and podcasts is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
