Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Assist customers with airline reservations, changes, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Guide customers through the booking process, providing accurate information on routes, fares, and travel policies.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions efficiently in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to tackle complex customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on airline products, services, and industry trends to provide informed customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish) and English.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while multitasking.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and booking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
