Responsibilities
  • Assist Slovak-speaking customers with inquiries related to e-Cigarette products and services
  • Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay informed about e-Cigarette products, industry trends, and company policies
  • Adhere to established procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-oriented approach with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with software applications
  • Valid European Passport or ID
