About This Role

We are seeking a Temporary Associate Creative Director (ART), to join our Digital Performance Creative Team. You will be part of a team supporting our global tech and leading software company for creative professionals. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create digital first, data-driven work that supports digital work with a focus on outstanding design. You'll need to be able to lead projects, connect our client's brand to culture and have a strong track record of consistency with groundbreaking campaigns. We want to make beautiful things in whatever format is deemed most relevant. We stand out in the market because every detail is considered. We consider the small things as much as we do the big. Key Accountabilities

In this role you will:

  • Invent social tactics, mentor junior talent, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finish.
  • Deliver integrated communications solutions, creative platforms and executions
  • Realize the strategic direction and creative vision of the agency
  • Collaborate with partner in craft as well as cross-department teams to develop work
  • Work closely with the creative directors to develop differentiating and original creative concepts and award-winning, media-coverage worthy creative work to impact a client's business to great effect
  • Take ownership for the delivery of the client's brand vision
  • Creatively support the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems

Person Specification

  • 5-7 years as a Sr Designer, Director or ACD with design focus experience at an ad agency or design shop
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Proficiency with Figma is mandatory along with Adobe Creative Cloud tools
  • Experience working with the nuances and requirements of directing creative for Digital Experiences, Online Display, Email, and Paid Social including video
  • Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods
  • Examples of digital-first thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space.
  • Detail-oriented. We need buttoned-up creatives that believe in total accountability
  • Live and breathe design culture

Additional Information

The hourly pay range for this position is $61.00 - $98.91. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factor, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as accrued safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
