Job Description

In this Role, you’ll work with established senior creative and marketing talent and will have the opportunity to scale your influence globally and with many different agency partners. You will also be working to market some of the newest technology that powers society. We also want you to have fun, stretch all your creative muscles and do great thing.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

(Internal) Client and Agency Management

  • Communicate with both creative partners and internal Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients’ needs, and provide efficient creative solutions.
  • Handle contract and agency talent to ensure qualtiy and consistent deliverables that meet and exceed expectations.

Strategy

  • Work with marketing team to develop communication strategies including visuals that scale and perform.

Creative Leadership

  • Visual and design leader within the Global Creative Team including management of design talent, collaboration with Creative Direction, PM, Operations, Photo, Writing and Editing and Video leads. Responsible for the visual aspects of projects in partnership with CD and copywriters.
  • Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and innovative ideas with copywriters and other creatives.
  • Produce design drafts for teams and Clients based on different communication channels. Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
  • Be passionate about emerging tech knowledge, share effective information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for work.
  • Organization and maintenance of internal systems, libraries and style guide. Responsible for creative consistency, effectiveness and performance.
