Position: Sales Director - US
Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with financial institutions, trading firms, and exchanges
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and stakeholders
Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales strategies with business goals
Represent Eventus at industry events, conferences, and meetings to increase brand visibility and engage potential clients
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
Work closely with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue projections to senior management
Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the financial technology, capital markets, or trade surveillance industry
Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory compliance, and trading technology solutions
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise-level deals
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment
Willingness to travel within the US region as needed
