Position: Account Manager (US)
Position Summary
The Account Manager will drive client retention, revenue growth, and relationship management across a diverse portfolio. This role requires proactive engagement, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client success.
Responsibilities
Client Retention & Renewal Management
Establish engagement models and regular touchpoints to maintain strong client relationships
Monitor and manage contract renewals, ensuring proactive intervention when needed
Develop action plans to address client concerns and align them toward success
Maintain detailed client interactions in CRM
Revenue Growth
Responsible for a designated book of business, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Develop and execute strategic account plans, including Org charts, SWOT analysis, and quarterly goals
Collaborate across regional teams and functions to execute on long term plans for key accounts
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities
Conduct Executive Business Reviews to align on goals and showcase value-added services
Communicate updates and changes in the Eventus Product Roadmap
Client Advocacy & Problem-Solving
Serve as an escalation point, collaborating with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams
Address and resolve complex challenges while ensuring business value
Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement
Own client commercial requests, tracking progress to completion
Qualifications
10+ years in revenue role, sales or account management
Proven success in navigating complex organizations and surpassing revenue targets
B2B experience preferred
Experience in Capital Markets, Trading or Compliance a plus
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Some travel required
