The Talent Sourcing Analyst will be pivotal in managing the candidate pool and supporting the hiring process. This includes announcing job openings, scheduling interviews, and liaising between candidates and clients. The role requires collaboration with the Client Consultant Team to ensure job descriptions are clear and accurately formatted using design software. The Recruitment Matching Specialist will also be responsible for drafting, editing, and formatting resumes, collecting and providing feedback, and maintaining the Remote Professionals pipeline. Addressing client inquiries via email and monitoring the sales consultants' pipeline are also key responsibilities.  


Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee the candidate pool by announcing job openings and scheduling interviews. Reach out to applicants for open positions to convey details about the client. Arrange dates for interviews with candidates and clients. 
  • Obtain job descriptions from the Client Consultant Team. Assess the clarity of the role's requirements, necessary skills, and qualifications. 
  • Utilize design software to format job descriptions. Ensure the accuracy of the job descriptions' information is maintained and presented professionally. 
  • Draft, edit, and format resumes for candidates with a professional touch and distribute candidates' resumes to clients for evaluation and decision-making. 
  • Collect feedback from clients and interviewers after interviews with candidates. 
  • Provide candidates with customized feedback to guide hiring decisions and outline subsequent actions. 
  • Monitor the sales consultants' pipeline closely to ensure each deal progresses through the stages within the designated time frame. 
  • Regularly maintain the Remote Professionals pipeline by advancing hired candidates and removing those who do not respond. 
  • Address client and candidates' inquiries via email when necessary. 


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment positions
  • Ability to manage job openings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews effectively. 
  • Proficient in reaching out to applicants and conveying job details, as well as providing feedback to candidates and clients. 
  • Ability to assess job descriptions for clarity and comprehensiveness regarding role requirements, skills, and qualifications. 
  • Skilled in using design software to professionally format job descriptions and resumes. 
  • Ensure the accuracy and professional presentation of job descriptions and resumes. 
  • Monitor and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring timely progression of deals and updating candidate status as needed. 
Technical Requirements
  • 8GB+ RAM
  • Intel i3 8th generation or newer, an AMD Ryzen 3 2nd generation or newer, or an M1 chip.
  • Windows 11 or from macOS Mojave to the latest version. 
  • 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Minimum)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
