The Role: Your mission as a 360-Recruiter with SkillSynch will involve:

Managing the full recruitment cycle with a strategic approach, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing them in their ideal roles,.
Utilising your strong sales background to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering customised recruitment solutions.
Implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent requires a combination of traditional methods and digital platforms.
Demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for both candidates and clients.
Contributing to the team’s targets by consistently achieving and exceeding personal sales and recruitment goals.

Requirements :

A proven track record in recruitment or sales, with a history of surpassing targets.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
A deep understanding of recruitment processes and market trends, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving demands.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Experience working remotely and being proficient with digital collaboration tools.
Ability to work autonomously, managing your workload effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
