What will you do?

As RCM Manager, you will …

Be responsible for hitting the percentage paid targets set by the company.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims submission, and collections.
Oversee the accuracy of patient billing information and ensure timely submission of claims to insurance providers.
Monitor accounts receivable, identify trends, and implement solutions to reduce denials and improve cash flow.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, billing guidelines, and coding standards.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve patient satisfaction.
Provide leadership and training to the revenue cycle team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What we look for:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and electronic health record systems.
