Job description

Implementation Manager

EPX- Remote US

Shift: 10:30a-6:30 ET; M-F

What you'll be doing:

  • Effectively solve client issues as they arise through an expedient resolution process which prevents financial loss.
  • Communicate with clients, internal staff, sales, and senior management by utilizing effective and time-tested company marketing policies and procedures.
  • Facilitates all necessary communication, evaluations, development interests, and resolution and process execution components.
  • Ability to assess both operational and business issues, develop a plan to resolve, and work with both companies to implement a solution.
  • Responsible for communication of project status and implementation process to the client, internal operational areas and relationship management.
  • Document issues and correspondence in CRM tool.
  • Ownership of assigned tasks; completing them according to requirements and expected timing.
  • Consistently meet performance standards and retention goals set by department.

What we need from you:

  • High School Diploma; BA/BS degree preferred
  • 5 years customer service, project management or implementation experience.
  • Experience working with Jira ticketing system
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Banking or credit card industry experience.
  • Good organization and work prioritization skills.
  • Trouble shooting and technical aptitude.
  • Basic personal computer skills, including electronic mail, spreadsheets, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: $53,000- $75,000
