Job description

Implementation Specialist 
Registrar Corp’s mission is to promote consumer health and safety by providing over 30,000 food, 
cosmetic, medical device, and drug companies in 180+ countries with US FDA compliance software and 
services. We are growing fast and seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team.  

As our Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in successful engagement, delivery, 
deployment and onboarding of multiple solutions for our valued clients. Your adeptness in managing 
multiple projects concurrently, coupled with strong organizational skills and a keen focus on client 
satisfaction, will be instrumental in driving the success of our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of 
    assigned client implementation and onboarding projects
  • Develop and deliver to clients a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress  
  • Actively monitor client projects and solve problems to keep projects moving forward
  • Assist in the creation of media and documentation to support a variety of learning styles (ie AI 
    capabilities, video creation, etc.)
  • Work with support team to solve technical issues during or post-implementation
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to promote continuous improvement of software 
    implementation and client onboarding
  • Utilize data analysis methods to promote high software usage and satisfaction with clients
  • Coach clients on the best ways to use our software to solve their main pain points
  • Support sales and service team's annual business review with clients
  • Help the sales team with software services contract renewal efforts 

Requirements: 

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role combined with technical product expertise (such 
    as consulting, solution architecture, professional services, client solutions delivery or technical 
    solutions management)
  • Very comfortable with clients and providing constructive guidance on their needs & use cases
  • Expertise with software platforms and solutions
  • You understand client needs/points and can prioritize accordingly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with prioritization and focus
  • Cross-functional skills with an ability to cultivate relationships with all other departments
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making
  • An eagerness to contribute to the success of a fast-paced, start-up environment 
  • Ability to deliver highly satisfied client experiences
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead multiple projects concurrently
