Essential
We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Senior CRM Manager to lead the day-to-day management of email and SMS operations, execution, and technical workflows - particularly focused on engaging prospective customers. This role will be the primary owner of direct communications with prospects and will require a strong technical understanding of our martech stack and integrations.
As a data-driven marketer, you will collaborate cross-functionally to define data collection requirements, segment first-party audiences, and develop personalized journeys and triggered touch points. Your expertise in CRM and marketing automation will be key in optimizing customer engagement and conversion.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement a CRM acquisition strategy to drive customer acquisition, product marketing effectiveness, and long-term engagement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute email and SMS experiences that support conversion, reactivation, and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with insights and data science teams to analyze customer and prospect behavior, using these insights to enhance audience segmentation and marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with the digital product team to ensure a seamless customer journey across all conversion touchpoints.
  • Track, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance, lead generation, and retention KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the email and SMS experience, bringing innovation and best practices to the channel.
  • Maximize the capabilities of our tech stack, ensuring integrations and data flows are optimized for performance.
  • Develop and improve internal processes for campaign planning, request intake, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee project management workflows to ensure accurate tracking, prioritization, and execution of initiatives.

  • Who You Are:
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail - ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
  • You’re comfortable working with Excel and data analysis tools (Omni experience is a plus).
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and build strong relationships across teams.
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and proactive in finding innovative ways to enhance CRM strategies.

  • What You Need:
  • You have 4+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM systems (experience with Iterable is a plus).
  • Experience with Iterable and SendGrid (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and inbox deliverability best practices.
  • Basic HTML skills for email template modifications.
  • Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence & analytics tools (Omni is a plus).
  • Experience working with Segment or other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is a plus.
  • Background in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses is highly preferred.



  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Range:  $91,000 - $150,000
  • Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. This role is also eligible for equity + generous benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
