· Manage calendar and administrative tasks as needed
· Sorting through emails and preparing responses
· Manage scheduling of medical and wellness appointments, including follow-ups and rescheduling as needed
· Handle customer service communications via phone—resolving issues with persistence and professionalism
· Coordinate and research travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and scouting locations for events or meetings
· Assist with hospitality and event planning needs, including vendor coordination (previous experience preferred)
· Organize and maintain digital files and records across various platforms
· Prepare reports, summaries, and research briefs as needed
· Provide ongoing administrative support across personal and professional projects
· Assist with home management (previous experience preferred)
· Help with recruiting endeavors (previous experience preferred)
· Perform script coverage and provide concise notes and evaluations when requested (previous experience preferred but not required)
Example tasks:
· Call BMW NY and arrange car appointments; communicate a summary to Principal, send an invoice to business managers
· Research venues for a NYC-based event and reach out to and negotiate with restaurant owners to get the best deal
· Call customer service for Spectrum to get a charge lifted
· Read a script and provide a summary/coverage
· Go through inbox, deleting spam, and prepping email drafts for unanswered emails
· Research the best flower shops in San Diego, send flower options and prices to the Principal, then coordinate purchase and delivery
