Responsibilities

Conduct plan design analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Manage vendor relationships and develop bid specifications.
Analyze proposals and present findings to clients.
Understand client culture, financial climate, and business needs.
Address escalated client and employee service issues.
Demonstrate strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Insurance preferred.
Active Life and Health License required with solid employee benefits experience, preferably at a broker.
Strong financial acumen, technical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly motivated, confident, and driven with a strong work ethic.
