Responsibilities

Address escalated client and employee service issues.
Demonstrate strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Insurance preferred.
Active Life and Health License required with solid employee benefits experience, preferably at a broker.
Strong financial acumen, technical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly motivated, confident, and driven with a strong work ethic.
Commitment to honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
